Synopsis
The video is mainly a contest which is a presentation of new characters who want to be on the show. These characters include Shrek, La Poo, Noquiero Tacobell, Dark Matter in my Shorts, Tour Guide for Today, Mr. Corndog, Mama Luigi, and Mr. Magoo.

- Even though Noquiero Tacobell didn't win Main Character Judging, he makes his final appearance in How to eat an Oreo.
- Even though Mario, Woody, Tony, and Mr. Pig appear in this video, they aren't one of the contestants and rather host the video.
Errors
- When Mario is talking at the end of the video, Lance's face can be seen.
- As stated above, Noquiero Tacobell appears in How to eat an Oreo. There are two reasons why this shouldn't have happened:
- Noquiero Tacobell didn't win Main Character Judging, so he shouldn't have appeared in any other videos.
- Noquiero Tacobell, along with Tour Guide for Today, were both eaten by Shrek.
- However, as usual, Noquiero Tacobell's death was possibly non-canon.
